I’m Justin Molyneux, the primary lending manager for Diversified Home Loans. There’s nothing else that I’d rather do as a profession, which is helping people from all types of backgrounds to get into the right home with financing that is just right for them. My amazing family drives me to do my best to help everyone that comes to me for financing. I’ve been married for over 20 years to the woman of my dreams. Together,we’ve been blessed with a boy and two sweet girls. We’ve been happily living in Cache Valley since 1991. As a family, we love bowling and spending quality time outdoors fishing and shooting.
My family spends a great deal of time in service with The Family Place, and other service organizations because we truly love helping others, and we’ve found that our children are having life-transforming experiences while serving.
If you don’t find me doing those activities, you will probably find me cheering on my Dallas Cowboys.
This focus on service is why I’m so grateful for my work with Diversified Home Loans. With my family supporting me, I’ve grown much in my nearly 20 years in the home financing business. I’m licensed in Utah and Idaho, and will soon be licensed in Wyoming as well. I’m honored to be the lender of choice for many fine Realtors, and have so much fun getting to know and helping individual home buyers. Whether someone is a first time home buyer, or buying their fifth home, I love finding the right solution for any unique mortgage scenario.
My unique approach relies heavily on simply getting to know you and understanding your situation. To make sure you’re confident and comfortable with a solution, my emphasis is on good communication and education. Buying a home is often the largest purchase you’ll make, so you certainly need to have a solid understanding of your options and the commitment you’re making.
By far, the majority of clients I help come from referrals, whether from Realtors or from past clients. I feel like this is a reflection of how I approach the process of finding the right financing options for my clients. I understand the trust they place in me, and strive to operate in a way that’s best. As many Realtors note, my communication is what truly sets me apart from others. Sure, I’m often able to offer a lower interest rate than other institutions, and I have no origination or underwriting fees, but it’s the communication that gives my clients confidence in me.
While many lenders have challenges with USDA and FHA loans, our process is very refined and simple. Because everybody’s story and background is so different and unique, I’m glad to have the experience to adapt and create a solution that’s best for everyone. I’ve found that financing isn’t ”one-size-fits-all”; every situation is different and should be treated as such.
What I love about what I do is being able to meet so many people in the community. Clients truly turn into friends, and helping them get into their first home is a pretty humbling and exciting experience. I love giving my clients a financing option, which is truly local along with giving service that you cannot find elsewhere.
