Stan Checketts was born and raised in Cache Valley. He attended Logan High School and Utah State University, where he majored in Finance. While attending USU he met and married his true love, Cami Coats, an Idaho native. They both love life and are the proud parents of four amazing boys who keep life exciting. Personal relationships are of the upmost importance to Stan. He wants all of his clients to become his friends and gives them the best service possible through the mortgage process.
With 19 years of Logan Utah mortgage lending experience Stan has a deep and full understanding of numerous loan products: Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Utah Housing, Lot and Construction Loans. Being licensed in Utah and Idaho allows him to increase his circle of friends/clients.
Stan loves to serve others and volunteer his time in hopes of helping and improving the community. He is currently a board member for the Cache Education Foundation, volunteers as a Lacrosse coach for two youth teams, and actively helps with the youth organization in his church. Stan enjoys being active, riding his bike, playing basketball, and working with his kids at whatever sport they are playing at the time.
